My food routines are inspired by some Ayurveda basics, and include a mix of Asian, and Mediterranean cuisine. I mostly eat vegetarian during the week, fish and seafood during the weekend. Sometimes, I have some veal or Swiss dried meat, and a weekly dose of home made Hong Kong style XO sauce by my husband.

Our company motto as female entrepreneurs is: “Female independence starts with intellectual and sexual freedom”. To be fully empowered as women, we need to find access to our female sexuality. The desire, passion, and dedication to our unique self.

Fashion is a statement that doesn’t know age. At least not in my family. My bonne maman is the fashion icon of our family. She’s inspired us all with her great sense of choosing to get timeless pieces with spark that last a century. In her situation literally, she’s 97 years old and still wears her embroidered silk dresses from her youth in Malaysia, and New York. She’s told me that story of our French relative that told her: What you need is a big enough wardrobe.

Asia Meets Europe. Living in Asia for several years, in Shanghai and frequently visiting my best friend in Tokyo and Hong Kong, I’ve always been fascinated by my Asian friends’ skin. They all look at least 10 years younger than their actual age. Want to know their secret?
